If you are returning as one of our existing supporters we look forward to welcoming you back. If you are new to our Concours, we enthusiastically anticipate your arrival.
As one of our selected owners you have been invited to drive into gorgeous grounds of the Gut Kaltenbrunn, at the shores of Lake Tegernsee. This year, we are pleased to announce our presenting partner, watchmaker A. Lange & Söhne and our auction partner RM Sotheby’s will be joining us again at the second edition of the show and there’s never been a better time to get involved.
At the Concours of Elegance Germany – aligned with our unique judging process at our sister events at Hampton Court Palace and the London Concours – the winner will once again be selected by the owners themselves. The judging and presentation of the cars and awards will on the main Concours Stage.
Together with a guest, you will be hosted for the day in the Owner’s Enclosure to enjoy a full day of gourmet hospitality including the Laurent Perrier Champagne reception while you enjoy front row views of the concours parade before strolling out onto the grounds to take in the rest of the Concours displays.

To confirm your entry in the Concours of Elegance Germany 2025, please complete the form linked below.
For a smooth registration process please ensure you have reviewed which hospitality package you require and have to hand the following details for the registration form:
- Your details or the details of the person accompanying your car.
- Specific dietary requirements for yourself and your guest.
- Which hospitality package you require.
- Car Specifications including Manufacturer, Model, Year, Chassis No, Coachbuilder, Engine Size, Engine Configuration and Colour
- Car History: approximately 100 words including its provenance, any racing successes etc. – this can be an external file.
- Images which can be used in the Concours Catalogue including any required photographer credit information.
- Details of your car handler or transportation if applicable.

The Concours Package
Price: €3,850 including taxes (for two people)
We will plan everything for you and the Concours package includes the following over the 3 days of the Concours:
- Concours car display & dedicated Concours catalogue page
- Owners enclosure Club Concours all-day fine dining including a 3-course lunch and entertainment at the Concours
- Welcome Party for Owner and Guest/Partner
- Grand Celebration Dinner
- Farewell Party
- Carwash during the event
The Concours & Hotel Package
Price: €5,500 including taxes (for two people)
An enchanting all-inclusive package including 3 nights at the 5* Concours Hotel at Lake Tegernsee.
We will plan everything for you and the Concours package includes the following over the 3 days of the Concours:
- 3 nights in the 5* Concours Hotel at Lake Tegernsee (Thurs – Sun)
- Concours car display & dedicated Concours catalogue page

Our carefully curated all-inclusive 6 day package includes 3 nights in the 5* Tour Hotel and 3 nights in the 5* Concours Hotel at Lake Tegernsee.
We will plan everything for you and the package includes the following over the 6 days of the Tour and Concours:
- 3 nights in the 5* Tour of Elegance Hotel (Mon – Wed)
- Coffee breaks, lunches & dinners during the Tour

ADDITIONAL GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
As a supporter of the Concours we are pleased to offer a FREE pair of general admission tickets for Friday 25 and Saturday 26 of July. These tickets will allow your guests entry into the Concours but not the Owners’ Enclosure as there is limited capacity in this area.
