Letter of Indemnity

• In submitting the Entry Form I confirm I have read and understood the information containing details of the Event and the Conditions for entry into the Event included in the entry form.
• I acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Conditions and by any rules and regulations as shall be notified to me from time to time by the Organiser in the weeks leading up to the Event.
• I acknowledge that the Organiser does not provide insurance on my behalf and I confirm that I have obtained all necessary insurance covers for my participation in the Event including without limitation, cancellation, public liability and employee liability insurance against personal injury, death and damage to or loss of property, and fully comprehensive vehicle insurance suitable for participation in an event of this kind.
• I confirm that I am in good health and have no adverse medical conditions that may prevent my participation at the Event and agree to be solely responsible for my actions and the Organiser, its agents, officers, employees, suppliers and/or sponsors and/or persons for or to whom the Organisation is answerable (“Associated Parties”) are not responsible for any loss, injury or illness that I may suffer as a result of my participation in the Event (unless caused due to the negligence of the Organiser or the Associated Parties).
• The Organiser shall not be liable for any actual or alleged indirect loss or consequential loss howsoever arising suffered by me including but not limited to loss of profits, anticipated profits, savings, loss of business revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other type of economic loss. The Organiser shall have no responsibility or liability for any loss (or theft) of or damage to my person, property and effects or that of my guests, employees or representatives arising out of my taking part in the Event nor shall the Organiser be liable for any actions of any spectators, visitors or other third parties at the Event.
• In consideration of the Organiser accepting my entry for the Event, I agree to indemnify the Organiser and shall keep the Organiser fully and effectively indemnified against any and all claims, laws suits and causes of actions including without limitation for loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any person arising from breach by the Participant of these Conditions and/or by any act or omission of the Participant, its employees, agents, sub-contractors or invitees.
• Nothing shall exclude or limit the liability of the Organiser which cannot be excluded by law.
