SATURDAY 26tH JULY 2025
15 RARE AND EXOTIC VEHICLES FROM AUSTIN HEALEY 3000S TO FERRARI +DAYTONAS – ALL OWNED BY WOMEN – WILL JOIN THE CONCOURS OF ELEGANCE, ON LAKE TEGERNSEE FOR A CURATED SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

The world of thoroughbred racing cars and top-end collector vehicles is still perceived to be primarily a male pursuit. But the reality is that some of the most voracious automotive thrill seekers and knowledgeable car collectors in the world are – and have always been – women.
On Saturday 26th July, a group of 10 rare and exotic vehicles, all proudly owned by women will join the Concours line-up.
Ladies Concours is inspired by the pioneering icon, Bertha Benz. Formally known as the first woman to drive an automotive vehicle – Benz drove a distance of 60 miles on uneven, poorly tarmacked roads – crowning her the title for the first long-distance drive. Perfecting the craft of improvisation, the vehicle broke down on the journey. A true pioneer, Benz used her garter to reignite the ignition, enabling her to complete the journey and crown her iconic story in history.
