Concours of Elegance Germany Celebrates Three Unique Specialist Concours at Lake Tegernsee

Munich, July 14, 2025 – The Concours of Elegance Germany, presented by A. Lange & Söhne, proudly announces the return of its three specialist concours events, taking place on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Gut Kaltenbrunn: the Emerging Collectors Concours, the Ladies’ Concours, and the Junior Concours. Each of these special competitions celebrates a new generation of passionate enthusiasts and highlights the values of diversity and future viability in the world of classic automobiles.
Emerging Collectors Concours – Presented by A. Lange & Söhne
The Emerging Collectors Concours is dedicated to collectors under the age of 35 and honors the passion, dedication, and commitment this generation brings to preserving automotive excellence. It celebrates young enthusiasts who have already begun building their own collections and are shaping the future of the classic car world.
The coveted award – a certificate featuring a hand-engraved balance cock made of gold-plated German silver – will be ceremoniously presented to the winner by Wilhelm Schmid, CEO of A. Lange & Söhne.
“Just like fine watchmaking, the world of classic cars depends on young people to carry on and evolve traditions,” emphasized Wilhelm Schmid. “These emerging petrolheads aren’t just keeping an important cultural heritage alive—they’ve chosen a passion that requires resources that may be limited at a younger age. Their commitment reflects a rare passion and conviction worthy of recognition.”
This year’s curated vehicle selection includes:

Ladies’ Concours
Women have always played an important role in the collector car world – yet too often, the spotlight has shone only on men. The Concours of Elegance Germany shares the stories of these women – whether as passionate drivers, knowledgeable collectors, or fearless pioneers. The Ladies’ Concours celebrates this very spirit: bold, elegant, and visionary. It honors women – past and present – who have shaped the world of cars not from the passenger seat, but from behind the wheel, with style, intelligence, and unwavering passion.
This elegant atmosphere continues in 2025: the Ladies’ Concours will feature an exclusive fashion show, hosted by Sportalm and The Modelinstitute, two official fashion and lifestyle partners of this year’s event.
Confirmed participating vehicles include:

Junior Concours – Presented by Sotheby’s International Realty Munich
The eagerly awaited Junior Concours showcases the finest hand-built pedal, electric, and gasoline-powered miniature cars for all age groups. Here, parents and children take on the roles of mechanics and works drivers. The awards will be ceremoniously presented by Michael Reiss, Managing Director of Sotheby’s International Realty Munich, who also serves as juror and sponsor of the Junior Concours.
These three distinctive formats are not only crowd favorites but also the emotional heart of the Concours weekend. They prove that passion, knowledge, and style are not a matter of age – and that automotive culture is enriched by new perspectives.
