Munich, May 7, 2025 – This summer, the Concours of Elegance Germany, presented by A. Lange & Söhne, returns to Lake Tegernsee for a second edition on July 25–26, transforming Gut Kaltenbrunn into the stage for some of the world’s most spectacular cars. The event once again welcomes support from Schaltkulisse GmbH.
Founded in 2010 by Kevin Braun in Ottobrunn near Munich, Schaltkulisse has become a reference point for trading and servicing high-end vehicles. Since 2018, their English-inspired showroom in Taufkirchen has served as a retreat for enthusiasts. In 2021, Schaltkulisse Engineering was launched to provide expert care for both vintage and modern sports cars. In 2022, they added secure storage solutions for collectors. In 2023, they expanded internationally with a location in Miami, Florida.
Ahead of the Concours, Schaltkulisse will offer vehicle services and storage for Alpine Tour participants (July 21–24) and accompany the tour with expert mechanics. The exclusive journey winds through Bavaria and Austria, featuring scenic drives, castles, and fine dining — the perfect prelude to the Concours of Elegance.
At Gut Kaltenbrunn, Schaltkulisse will enrich the event with rare classic cars and host clients in their Private Lounge Club — an oasis to relax and soak in the Concours atmosphere.
The Concours of Elegance Germany is one of several prestigious events curated by Thorough Events. Managing Director James Brooks-Ward comments: “Schaltkulisse is a highly competent partner driven by true automotive passion, making them an ideal fit for our world-class event at Tegernsee.”
