Munich, July 11, 2025: At the end of July, lovers of classic and rare vehicles will gather at Lake Tegernsee for an exclusive automotive event: The Concours of Elegance Germany, presented by A. Lange & Söhne, will showcase some of the world’s rarest cars on July 25 and 26. The prestigious beauty contest will be held for the second time at Gut Kaltenbrunn. Around 200 top-class automobiles await visitors against a picturesque Alpine backdrop. The highlight will be the renowned Best of Show Award, where 50 exceptional cars compete for the title.
The organizer of CoEG, Thorough Events, is pleased to welcome SEMCO GmbH as one of this year’s dealership partners. The luxury car dealership from Munich represents brands such as Bugatti, Pagani, and Rimac. At the Concours of Elegance, SEMCO will represent the premium manufacturers Koenigsegg and Rimac – two brands synonymous with ultimate performance and cutting-edge technology.
One of SEMCO’s featured cars is the Rimac Nevera, which visitors can explore up close. The Croatian EV manufacturer combines cutting-edge technology with breathtaking performance in this two-seater hypercar. Named after the sudden and powerful storms of the Croatian coast, the Nevera boasts a top speed of 412 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.81 seconds. Its four electric motors produce a total output of 1,408 kW (1,914 hp), and the 120-kWh battery enables a WLTP range of up to 490 kilometers.
Additionally, SEMCO will showcase three hypercars from the renowned Swedish manufacturer Koenigsegg. Named after Jesko von Koenigsegg, the father of company founder Christian von Koenigsegg, the Jesko represents the technological legacy of a brand known for radical innovation since its inception. Limited to just 125 units, the model was developed as a no-compromise high-performance vehicle for both road and track.
At its heart, the Jesko features a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 that delivers up to 1,600 hp and reaches a staggering top speed of around 480 km/h.
Also on display at Lake Tegernsee is the Koenigsegg CC850 – a hypercar limited to 70 units that references the design language of Koenigsegg’s early years and combines it with modern technology such as the so-called Engage Shift System (ESS). The ESS in the CC850 is a unique transmission that functions both as a 6-speed manual with clutch pedal and as a 9-speed automatic. It adapts to the driver’s choice, offering a versatile driving experience. Powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with up to 1,385 hp and a curb weight of exactly 1,385 kilograms, the CC850 perfectly balances lightness and power.
The fourth vehicle presented by SEMCO GmbH is the Koenigsegg Gemera. The brand’s first four-seater sets new benchmarks in the luxury segment as a “Mega-GT.” With room for four adults and generous luggage space, it combines everyday usability with extreme performance. Two turbochargers boost the 5.0-liter V8 engine to 1,500 hp, while the in-house-developed electric motor “Dark Matter” increases total output to 2,300 hp. Power is transmitted through the proprietary 9-speed “Light Speed Tourbillon Transmission” with all-wheel drive and torque vectoring.
These technological masterpieces will be showcased to visitors of the Concours of Elegance Germany in the dedicated Cars of the Future Area. This exhibition space builds a bridge between historic elegance and cutting-edge innovation. Thus, CoEG 2025 will not only captivate classic car enthusiasts but also thrill fans of dreamlike hypercars.
